I'm trying to set up an online quiz for my website's readers that has a 600-700 word scrolling reading to the right and multiple-choice questions to the left. Answers would be submitted and scores emailed.
Here's what I'm aiming for:

(the bar at the top with the timer would be nice, but not necessary if it's too complicated)
I've no coding know-how, and was hoping there is either some code I can follow to achieve this effect, or perhaps some cheap software if it's too difficult for a newbie to pull off.
