DIV sidebars and main content issues

Hi all!

Please could someone help me create a very simple CSS and HTML page for that can do the following:

- Side bar 1: 180px width, positioned as far left as possible.
- Side bar 2: 180px width, positoned as far right as possible.
- Main content: width to be all space on screen spare, positioned within the space between Side bar 1 & 2. Neither of the DIV's are to over/underlap.

I've drawn a pic below to explain easier.

I'd really appreciate the help on this. Thank you!

As a note, the lighter shade of greyscale on this picture, is spare space in the browser window.
