Progressive appearance of image (left to right)

Hello everyone,

I can't find an option in flash to make an image appear from left to right. I have an image of a tree branch (horizontal that is) which I have cut and saved as png. I want that png image to appear from one side to other giving it the impression that the branch is visually growing.

Is there an easy pre-defined option which I am missing or would this be done with some manual coding?

No inbuilt Wipe effect in FLASH, but there are several custom sourcecodes,which has done the same thing.
