[PHP & MySQL] 2.0 Music sharing site

Hi all
I want to write a music sharing site in html, css and php + connected to a MySQL database.
The proyect consists in a simple web to upload, listen, and share online music.
The user (after registering) must be able to upload the track, search and share it (embed, email, etc). Also there must be some features

like commenting, favouriting, related tracks, etc.

Now here is my request.
I want to program it myself, but i would need some help with it. The consults would be via email, so i would need to get some questions answered, some doubts cleared and some pieces of code. All must be communicated in the most understandable and clear way as possible.

Depending on the progress of the project, there would be left open the possibility of agreeing on some kind of recognition.

Currently I have a running site that is similar to what i want. I have kwoledge of html, css, and some php (variables, functions, arrays, and if, for, while, etc).
