How Do I Make The Specials Category Appear On This Page

Alright Guys

I have created a page called specials... see here http://www.digitalresellersvault.com/member/special.php

You can get to it by clicking on the Dollar Deals link on the left hand side..

What it is suppose to do is show the products under the specials category.. can you help please?
