Best PHP Framework?

Hey y'all,

I'm looking into a solid framework to cut down my development time. I've tried making my own but I modify my programming style so often it just seems logical to have something that is already out there and vetted by the e-world.

The two I've looked into the most are the Zend Framework and Code Igniter. Code Igniter seems to have some obviously useful classes but Zend seems to take the cake in terms of built in API plugins.

Any thoughts? Which ones, if any, do you use?
