how to make google shortcut-menu?

Some professional websites have a menu that appears when you search for them at google. E.g. search for cnn, and a submenu for cnn will appear on the google search page: "

Sports Video
Politics Entertainment
Crime CNN.com Live"

Get my point? How do you make that? tried to submit sitemap, but it didn't appear that way though..

YOU NEED TO talk to google about this. they can do it. it's how it appears in their search results i think

It is something done to the first search result automatically by Google on some searches. I don't believe it is any sort of paid service.
