Macintosh JQtouch, the class "counter" is acting weird...

Hello

I'am experimenting with JQtouch and i wanted to make a counter such as this one:

(note that this is from the demo of JQtouch that i downloaded)

but when i try to do the same thing i get this...

with this code:
Code:
<ul class="rounded">
  <li><a class="slideup" href="#bestaat_niet"> Totaal <small class="counter"> 5 </small></a></li>
</ul>
I haven't changed anything in the stylesheet of JQtouch, apart from one thing, i changed the height of the Toolbar with 10px. But when i undo this the counter still lookes the same....

Can anyone help me?
