Simple website needed (php/sql)

1) Hello, I am currently looking for a experienced coder to implement a website which I have storyboarded and created dataflow diagrams for. The primary language will be PHP (for the website) as well as SQL for the oracle database which will host the e commerce items.

The actual Website design itself is extremely basic, if you have looked at cuil.com the design will be literally like that, with a few other links.

The main features that I need implementing on the website are a basic shopping cart (you do not have to worry about interfacing with a payment provider, this is unnecessary at this time) . Site authentication and session management (basically allowing people who have bought subscriptions access to material hosted on the site through a user name and password. A basic internal search engine. A blog (negotiable) .
