Generate banner script

Anyone know of a free script that allows you to make a banner automatically?
Where you select options and click the button and it generates a banner.

But doesn't have to have so many options, basically select a background design, select font size, alignment, color, and submit and it places the text on the background and makes a banner, that you can save and use.
