Building Avatar Site, Looking For Good Coder Who Want A Successful Site

Hi everyone~!
I'm an avatar site lover, but for god sake I can not make them or code anything, but I know all the steps and how to build them. All I need is a dedicate coder who willing to make that site come to life and I don't want any money or any profit at all, I only want to be part of the site as an assistant admin. I know what you have to do to make up a great avatar site, but you must help me!

What we will need
A hosting site
php forum with many mod installed such as (shop, games, forum, avatar system, point system, Custom Profile, marketplace system)
Pixel Artist (who will make us avatar bases and items for the site)

So if you know how to code something like those let me know, because I know how to make the site come to life with your help with all the coding and such. And all the profit will be your, all you do is being a coder for the site and I will be your admin to help you with the site and the users so that the site will florish and become popular, I'm basically the person who arrange this and that around and answer users questions and such and hire this and that person for you, at free of charge. Most peoples are willing to work for free on avatar website and since I know so many peoples I can help you out a lot!

I'm probably need about 2-3 coders to work as a team, or just one if you prefer to work by yourself and me only.
