Support/Ticket System Needed! Any Ideas...

Hi everyone,

I am trying to find a support/ticket system that I can integrate with my website. Some what embedding it.

I am hoping to get something open source.

These are some of the features I am looking for:

submitting tickets, tracking tickets, Knowledge base.

I would suggest hiring someone to do the job. You're not asking for anything that is simple to do.

I've used mantis recently and I've liked it so far. Not the best but not bad for being free.
