Poker Site With No Actual Poker Played

I need a browser based website where users can join and enter tournaments and sit & go's that
when full, randomly place the entrants to their finished spots and then payout according the the
payouts determand when setting the event up.

Whats Needed?
Maybe a forum with a points/credits modification for players balances????
Need several currencies for differnt events.
Points system must allow the admin to make deposits/cashouts/ and transfers between users.
The point system must also send the winnings to the entrants once the event has been finished. And also dedect the amount of the tournament when they enter.

Options id like would be to add,

Currency(Real Money/Play Money)
Buyin Amount and Rake(Fee) amount.
Number of players in an event,
Number of paid out positions - also set each payout spot.

Example

Currency = (Real Money)
Buy In = ($1.00) - Rake = ($0.05)
Number of Players = (10)
Paid Out Spots = (3)

PayOuts...
#1 - (5)
#2 - (3)
#3 - (2)

anything in () is what is filled in when creating the event.

Im thinking this could be a modification into a forum like vbulletin where when creating a thread, details of the tournament/sit & go are entered. Not sure, the site can be biult anyway really as long as It has the option to created different events like real poker rooms do.

so your looking for a virtual poker site...basically it will be as if 10 ppl sit at a table then a random generator will decide 3 winners and automatically pay them?

how are the people going to be paying the entry fee? paypal would be the easiest option.

thats a large ammount of coding and youd be looking at over £1000

there will be no sitting at a table or anything. when a player registers, there name is added to the tournament list of players. once the last player joins, the site will just randomly select the finishing spots.

As for depositing, I will have many currencies on the site and have my own way of players paying me to add to their account balances.

All the site really is, is a poker raffle site that pays out like poker tournaments and sng's do

the cashier part will all be taken care of by me. What is needed is a way for members to have accounts with up to 5 or 6 currencies and for me to deduct and add amounts into players account. (most forums have credit/point modifications which make this easy such as vbcredits for vbulletin and ultimate points for phpbb

Deposits and Withdrawls will be handled like this.

Users will come to me and request a deposit or withdrawl, when i have recieved funds for a deposit, ill add the funds to their account manually.

When they want to cash out/withdrawl, ill manually send them the money and deduct the amount from their account.

correct, raffle/lottery but it must act like a poker site does in how you register for tournaments/sng's and would also like it to submit finished results to a database for compiling results later on down the line.

I do have vbulletin and vbcredits which could make the build easier as could just make an addon to the core. But it doesnt have to be built off a forum, was just throwing that out there as i dont know much about coding.
