Roy Sinclair will become famous soon enough
The advantage of those tools is that a total novice can use them to create web pages that visually look pretty nice without the user having to learn the least bit about html or css. The downside is that those same tools insulate the user from the html and the css so if they want something more sophisticated than the tool provides they are usually totally lost on how to accomplish it.

Another disadvantage is that the output code from such tools usually looks like it fell out of the south end of a north facing cow so learning html and css by examining the code generated by those products adds another hurdle for the novice.

You can also use the search in this forum and Google to search for a lot more information about any of those products. Be aware that discussions may be rather heated as the partisans for those products take umbrage with disparagements by partisans of the other products.
