UNION Query help...

Hello,

I am having a little bit of a problem creating a working UNION Query for what I need. I am creating a search function for an MS Access program that I am writing. I need the search function to look for certain fields inside a table based off of what the user types in. I have queries set up to search for each individual field alone and I want to create a UNION query to link the individual queries and return only the results that match the criteria from each query. I tried using a UNION query but it returns values for each individual query linked. What I want it to do is only return values that match both queries.
