In Need of an Automatic Text Retrieval Program

I'm in need of a program that will scan large documents or web pages and extract the mailing addresses from them. I need to create a mailing list of the hundred of day care facilities in my area. Does such a program exist? And would it be known as an "automatic text retrieval" program?
