I need a permanent reliable developer

Hi

I am in need of a perminant reliable developer that also knows and understands servers as we operate dedicated servers.


This person will need to understand already built websites and also be able to make changes within them as well as design new websites.

Knowlage about all different types of codes is a great advantage and understand already made codes and how they work.

No Offenece to any other part of the world but I would prefer an Australian based developer on the east coast so we can communicate and work together. I have a few from other countries and it's not aesy at times with the language barrier and differences in terms and methods.


Also please be advised that before I give out any information you will be required to sign a NDA ( None Disclosure aggreement) First which a checkable address attached.


I am after some that wants to become part of our company as a full time partner. This maens you could earn thundreds of thousands of dollars per year or more. It is not for the faint hearted and only requires a dedicated developer wanting to earn more then just a wage every week.

I am after an individual and not after a developer based company already established.
