Need PHP coder for my website

this is my game www.mafia-slayer.com I thought I found a coder that could permanently help me unfortunatley I was wrong again.

I bought this game from a previous owner --I didnt build it I didnt work on it and I was not involved in the development of it. BUT I KNOW IT NEEDS LOT OF WORK.

SO I NEED A PHP EXPERT/CODER THAT CAN HELP ME OUT ON A FULLTIME BASIS

HOWEVER, I am a very trustworthy and open person THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ONE TOO MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 2 MONTHS OF OWNING THIS GAME

I ahve used about 5-6 coders in the past 2 months. The last one showed the most promise but once he was paid half way thru list has left me high and dry.

I am done paying upfront and done dealing with ppl that have no follow up skills or pride in their work.

If you can truly do PHP work and upgrade my game I have ALOT of work for you and can keep you busy for sometime.

Some of that work that needs to be done is a color change to a certain box that i have on my game, the operative happiness maxes out at 78% needss to go to 100%, you have to click a certain button to see the turns in your account that you have won and a different button to see the turns in your account you have boughten want that one button.......

right now you cant attack planes
in minis only certain players can buy reserves for other players while others can only buy for themselves
i need an option for when you load a round that all DUs hired that round will be armed with AKs

and so on and so on i could write pages of stuff i need done.

I WILL NOT PAY UPFRONT AGAIN----I WILL HOWEVER explore escrow payment.....www.rentacoder.com relationship or if you know someone in the mafiagamingworld chances are I know them as well and will put money in their paypal to pay you on completion. But I always pay and and always arund a puter or phone if you have any questions.

But I am looking for someone that can give me a timeline, stick to it, test out the work, and follow up in a few days to make sure things are still working. And I will pay IMMEDIATELY after testing the work. IMMEDIATELY. But I will not pay upfront anymore..

P.S.I know about 9 other game owners also looking for a solid coder that can do reliabe and timely work.

i doubt you will get someone here to agree to the rentacoder way of payment seeing as thoy they take a pathetic % of your money!!

i have worked on mafia games in the past, but not as a main coder! it may be possible i could help on a few things you need! if you could send me a complete list of everything you need doing then ill take a look and give you a price for each individual thing i can fix!

I am more than willing to work for you, I would prefer we sign a contract, which I will be more than willing to fax back and forth as a means of getting it signed. (Unless you manage to live locally.)

However here is the downside/upside. Depending on how you look at it. I have a lot of independent training, and no professional training or work. BUT because of that I am more than willing to be paid less than most coders will.

As far as payment, we can discuss it further, if you can write pages upon pages then we could go based on how long the timeline is projected to be, and if I go over that timeline you don't pay for that. Also the time I set in the timeline for me to review the previous coder(s) programming, I will asked to be paid less for that, as if I was trained more it would not take me as long as it should.

I am a programmer that will even check back in months to make sure everything is still just how you like it.

By the way, if you have a lot of work to do, a coding team might be a good idea(it may cost more, but will get done faster)
