Problems validating

My website was 100% valid this morning, but I've added some SEO tags, title tags and now I've ruined it. I have 40 errors now.

I don't really understand what it's telling me, can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

Line 35, Column 53: an attribute value must be a literal unless it contains only name characters

That's not a normal double quote, and the same is the case for other errors too.

Hmmm maybe mine are set to "" inch marks, I'll have to try replacing, thanks.
