1) Project Details: Clan CMS

Hi there im considering to develop a new clan, guild or gaming community Content management system.
With an easy to use Control Panel and a slick and organized front end.
A simple yet powerful CMS that will be every clan, guild or gaming community's dream.

the CMS will have a powerful and expendable CORE system with the possibility of add-ons "Modules, Plugins" and templates, The Power of the CMS will be in the Back-end "Admin area" with all the necessary options and settings.

This is joust the Basic overview of the CMS:

Core system

- Front End
--Drag & Drop front end layout

- Back End
--User-group Levels
--Dashboard
--Settings and Options


-Modules

--News System
--War System
--Gaming server stat system
--Forums
--Gallery (secondary objective)
--you-tube Video gallery (secondary objective)

This is only a Basic overview of the CMS!

The Required coding languages to make this possible are the following!

HTML, CSS, PHP, java script, Moo-tools, XML. probably more!

So now knowing the Basic overview of this project id like to hear your opinions and quotes on the approximate Time Frame and the Price to make this reality!

Thats what i would like you too tell me.

The price is negotiable Although id prefer to Set a Fixed Total amount of $ for the whole project!
and the Time frame depends on how long it takes "you" or your team to make a Stable Version of the CMS,
I Prefer quality over quantity so the Time limit is going to be Flexible But we will discuss this and set a time frame To have a Goal to work forward to.

I have room for a project for the next three months or so.

I just finished a CMS for the CA state legislature. The front end of which can be viewed here:

I bill at $60 an hour, from the information you've given me this would be about 60-80 hours of work ($3600 - $4800). I require 25% of the estimate's mid-range to begin work.
