1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I'm creating a video game review site where the focus is on letting the users make the reviews. I need somebody to be in charge of doing the programing for me. The programing must be in PHP and a basic list of what I need is below.

1. Create Registration,Login, Logout Scripts.
2. Creat memebers area with the following pages:
- Dashboard (members home page, it will just take key things from the database and show them, shouldn't be hard.)
- Review a Game Page - This is the most important page. It will allow members to see what games are available to be reviewed, and it will also have a review comment area for the member to leave a review after they play the game. When they submit it will simply be emailed to me, however in the future I would like it to be auto submitted onto the public wordpress blog for the site.
- Past Reviews: This page will just show them the games they reviewed in the past
- Prizes Page: Every time a member writes a review I want them to get a point. The prizes page will show how many points they have and it will also show what prizes they can win for each point.
3. Admin area - For now the admin area needs to be able to change what games need to be reviewed (ideally I can set different games for each member depending on how long they have been a member of the site. IE: everyone reviews games in the same order. Week 1: Game xyz, week 2: game abc, ect..)

This is the basics I need for the project. Once this is complete We can continue to expand on the site adding more features and discussing new payments.

Their will be a separate designer on the project so you are only responsible for the PHP programing. Please be able to write clean code so it can be easily adapted into the design.
