I have more than 100 errors in my site when I chacked it in validator.w3.org .

I want to know is it important in page ranking ? is it decrease the seo ?

yes it is important. Why don't you fix them. The number oe the errors are usualy less then what w3c validator show because some of them cause others. If you decide to fix them start from top.
