Problem in Byslide Jquery Menu file

I actually want to use third example of the menu. but when i delete the top example than other example menu doesn't works. How is this happening. I Tried a lot but all gone vain till now.

Please help me. My files are attached. Since the images file was larger, I couldn't post it as attachment.

My problem is that the menu items, different coloured blocks for now, do not show in FireFox and Google Chrome. It works perfectly well in IE.

Do you have the same thing and where do I need to change whatever to make this work? It only works when I put index.php as part of my address.

Please advise. I really want this menu to work.
