Small Article Directory in PHP MYSQL

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): A small php OO directory system is needed to store articles on many categories, the features are:

Able to add articles (txt,images and links)
Able to add categorys (category name)
able to add country (country name, image)
able to add sub category (sub category name, default article)

Able to assign articles to a country, area, and category

can browse articles by clicking on country and viewing all articles for that country
can browse articles by clicking category and viewing all articles for that category
can browse articles by clicking a sub category within category and viewing articles for that sub category


2) Payment Amount: $100

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): PayPal, 30% upfront, 70% on completion - providing you have atleast 50 posts here, less than 50 and only 15% deposit upfront.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): n/a questions welcome. Please make sure this is coded using PHP 5 OO practises.
