Site Map Help Needed

This is my site map for the following site: www.caffevinci.com

My problem is, how do I go about styling the page? And does the fact that it's a .xml file affect how it can be styled? Where would I include the head/body tags? Would it affect the SEO?

I think you are confusing an XML Sitemap with a sitemap.

The XML sitemap is for search engines, the sitemap is for your users.

You don't style XML sitemaps, they're only so Google can index all of your pages. For example, sitemap.xml just lists all of your page in XML form, and sitemap.php can be your styled sitemap that is user-friendly, IE categorized and organized.

Oh right. So if I've made this XML sitemap, now what do I do? Do I upload it to my site directory and submit it? Should it be linked to anything?

If I add pages to the site, do I have to keep resubmitting it? Thanks for your help.
