I would say choose the logo that best matches your usual style. They both look pretty good.

They are both very nice, but I like the bottom one more, it makes me want to keep looking at it and I love how the 'r' flows into the 'm'. It has motion and that makes it more interesting.

Thanks for the help, I've gone for the bottom one but dropped the "web design & developement" and just leaving a shadow. Oh and drew the font us called rockwell, its a great font!

if you use the top one, put everything in the center to make it look even. And i would delete the people in the first one, looks like an adult site logo lol.
