I’ve been on many forums and believe me there are many out there with much less questions (and less solid answers for that matter).
For instance: I’m pretty active on a (Dutch) forum called Designers Help. Even there, the graphic section has far less questions than the coding section… What’s in a name?
I’ve launched an idea over there, and because it was ‘my’ idea (most likely it will exist in a different way somewhere else?), I’m going to do the same here (if I’m permitted that is). If the Dutch forum knows about this they probably will not be happy, but than again / let this be a CF secret (lol).
You probably all know the idea / game of one starting of to tell a few lines / telling a story, and another has to continue the story (within a few lines)?
Well, my idea is based on that, just adding in some graphic learning elements (Conform the intended purpose of this section). My idea is to tell a
visual story. The first one starts of showing an image, animation or whatever and informs us about techniques he/she has used. The second one continues, makes some image or animation adjustments or launches a variant to the previous idea. All submitters are obligated to tell / inform about used settings / special effects, etc., etc.
A kind of a designers-‘battle’. Just a thought, but in my humble opinion: LET THE GAMES BEGIN (over here as well)
