PHP Profile Updating System

Hello, I need someone to code a portion of a PHP Profile Updating System for a text based RPG. I have a user CP already, and need someone to code it so that it will be linked to the roster page and database page. Once logged in, users will be able to select "actions" for their character, and whenever the admin updates the system, all profiles will be updated according to the actions the users have selected. I will give more details to those who are interested.

I only need the basic foundations coded; the rest I will do by myself.
