Looking for a photoshop expert for a fairly easy project.

Well this project is actually pretty much just a prank i'm playing on a friend, and it should be simple for a photoshop expert to do. It's just a case of creating a scene. Like a picture (or maybe a couple of pics) with a certain person's head on someone else's body and perhaps slightly changed/altered facial features and adding a hat or something. Like I don't quite have the idea solidified in my head but someone with creativity can help me with that i'm sure. If anyone can help, i'm willing to discuss payment options and more details about the project. Thanks!
