No details? What niche? Supposed to be custom made or using premade scripts? Who pays for what?

We will be making it all ourselves. Any profit that comes out of the website will be split however i have no plans to make people pay (Exept maybe the odd ad). We will have to make the scripts completly from scratch and im paying for the Domain and server

Good job on your search
, perhaps go through the recent threads and see if any of the other coders looking to collaborate with a partner for free will take you on, as it is a rare opportunity to find one that is willing to work for free, as there are a lot of threads! Why not take the job on yourself 100%, sure the work will be slower but you'll have a better sense of accomplishment, you'll learn a WHOLE lot more (Seeing as you said you were an amateur in your other thread), and you'll learn useful problem solving techniques. Also, you don't have to code a whole full fledged site before it can launch, do some of the basic requirements, launch and then start doing updates. That is just my suggestion though . If you do take that route and you have any problems feel free to PM me, I'll help you out.

I'd agree with chuffman's advice. Unless someone is specifically looking for a partnership in this area, the deal does come across as awfully one-sided, especially considering the fact that you class yourself as an amateur coder.
Creating a secure and properly functioning system, (even a basic one), is no small task. |
