Integrate a Flash Video Player?

Hello,

I am trying to smoothly integrate a video player into my website. Specifically, I want the "header image" on a page to transform into a video player when a user clicks a small "watch video" icon. I plan to use Flash CS4 for the project.

A great example of this is found on the following website by clicking the "watch video" button:

http://www.actonmba.org/about/

Is this something that I can do purely with Flash or will it require Javascript or something else? Any tips or advice on how to do this will be greatly appreciated!

I just looked over the video lessons at www.gotoandlearn.com but could not find one that seemed to apply. Is there a lesson that you think will guide me to creating the same effect as in the link I posted?

And again, can the effect demonstrated in the link above be created with Flash alone or does it require JavaScript or something else?
