Quote required for converting

I'm looking for someone to convert my website that currently works perfectly in Firefox so that it works just as perfectly in IE 5-8.

I've never done this before, so at this stage we are just considering this as an option but if you can give me an idea how much it will cost to get this website working well in IE, I'd love to hear from you.

and its mainly the drop down menu (Hospital Procedures) I'm having issues with.

I checked with validator.w3.org , there are 5 errors to be fixed , it will cost you around $50 , you may check our profiles at http://liveperson.in/
