code works after resizing window, or click, but not before

Hi all,
I'm trying to deploy a CoverFlow implementation written in javascript by MediaEvent Services (original project here:
http://mediaeventservices.com/blog/2...ke-cover-flow/)

Our version is here:

http://www.xeno-canto.org/slideflow.php?query=rec:bob

In Safari and Chrome (sometimes), and maybe also in other browsers, but not FF, all the images do not load inside the <div> but 'fall off the page' on the right. However, when you resize the window or click on one of the images or drag those images, the <div> seems to resize and all the images jump back in order.

Now the init() function is loaded after everything is loaded (using <body onload=..>), but I do have the impression this is a timing issue or a question of some dimension such as window.innerHeight being the wrong value when it is used in the script.

Does anyone have any idea?

cheers!
