Please, give me the price for changing something in my site.

What needs to be changed:
in the sidebar there is a little ads... I would like it to show in all browsers, since in IE is not showing up. (maybe only in IE6 is not showing, not tested other IE)

The second problem is on each post...
there is a big ads, which is showing well in the right side in FF, but it is showing somewhere else in IE.

I wrote in many places, and I contacted devs in other communities and IM...

I will chose the best offers. This is something little, but if professionality and price are good, for sure in the future I will have more of those "little things".
