Interactive flash map wanted

Hi there.
Here's what I am wanting.
I have a few town maps in jpg/gif format.
Say I have an image file for Town A. It is quite large in terms of pixels.
I want to be able to display the map within an html page.
I want the map to be displayed using Flash.
I want the user to be able to zoom in and out of the map as well as left click on a point and drag the map around (like with google maps).
I want some specified points on the map to show an icon and a small popup window with some info and a link.
I think that's about it.
I have about 15 of these maps and would like them all done.
Might anyone be able to help?

I should be able to do this for you. Zooming in and out would be fine. I can make it jump to certain sizes (IE: 2x, 4x, 0.5x, 0.25x, Etc), as well as add in your locations.

If you have a MySQL database, then I can store the information on where the location is located, otherwise I can use an XML file.
