Simple Javascript Countdown required

RESOLVED
This project has now been completed. Thanks to all those who expressed an interest.

1) Project Details:

Summary: To build a Javascript Countdown - counting down to Midday.

This is a very small project but quite urgent.

We are an online retailer and we want to offer next day delivery on several items. We want the cut-off point for ordering to be 12pm. I've had a look online to try to find something that matches our requirement, but cannot find anything.

What we want...

To highlight the cut-off time, we want a javascript countdown to display the following info:

"Order this model within the next 1 HOUR and 4 MINUTES for delivery tomorrow, Monday 1st July."

The code must take into account that we only deliver Monday to Friday (Therefore on a Friday, it would not say delivery tomorrow, but Monday), and to ignore Bank Holidays (Ideally, it would have a section in the code where I could put all 'exluded' dates, e.g. 25/12/2009, 01/01/2010, etc. - This way I could keep it up to date).

Once the deadline hits, the countdown jumps back up to accommodate tomorrow's deadline, etc.

Amazon do a very similar thing - Click here to see an example on their site.

If you're interested in this, please contact me and I'll explain it in more detail and clarify any queries you may have. This may lead to more work in the future. We're based in Chelmsford, Essex (UK), but you can be based anywhere in the world!

2) Payment Amount: $40 (negotiable)

3) Payment method/ details: Up to you. Paypal, Cheque.

4) Additional Info: We have many of these little things cropping up every now and again, so if this mini project goes well, I'd be happy to throw more work towards someone.
