Password Protected Page

Hi I do not know if you can help, I am very new to all this coding stuff, so please treat me gentlely.

I have a Windows Live Website that I would like to add A Protected Area to, I require usernames and passwords and so way of an Admin Control Panel where I can add new users.

I have managed to create a button that is pressed and a password is typed but I really would like seperate Users.

I need a Code that i can paste directly into a HTML box, I do not have headers and footers and all that stuff.

I would be extremely apprecaitive if you could help.
