CSS two h1's not lining up

Here is the link on the home page the two h1 'spotlight" and "in the news" do not line up. Anyone know what might be causing this, and also i would like a line to be placed under every break in the table like i have on the right side but i cant get it to do that on the table design any suggestions?

You have
Code:
#middleRight h1 {/*default.aspx (line 37)*/
color:#7C9568;
font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
font-size:13pt;
font-weight:bold;
letter-spacing:-0.01em;
line-height:8pt;
margin:20px 0;
padding:0;
text-transform:uppercase;
}
which is not applied on the left h1

Yeah but then that will throw the alignment off of the table text compared to the right text.

jlhaslip is on a distinguished road
the Search Engines won't like 2 H1's on the page. Not semantic.
