Extra padding in IE6

I am currently coding a site and one thing about the navbar is it has extra (padding/margin) in IE6 i was hoping to see if any one has any ideas on how to get rid of this.

Looks like the IE6 doubled float margin bug, on ul.menu_v.

Adding display:inline to this element should fix it.
