Need to Pause FLV from Javascript/HTML link

Hi there, I have 3 Flash videos (swfs loading external FLVs) on a page, each in their own div. I've set it so that when you click an HTML link a div swap occurs which replaces the currently displayed video with the video referenced in the HTML link. This works nicely except that if someone starts to play one video then clicks on one of the other two links to view a different video, the first continues to play on it's hidden div.

Is it possible to pause or stop the video when this div swap occurs? I'm completely open to new ideas on how else to do this if it doesn't involve having to download or install any third party software. This is for my business and we do not have proper permissions to do that.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
