Can this be done in PHP and if so whats it called and where is it


What i want to do on my site is this,

People will submit there web sites and i will ad them to the site, i can do this part,

But when i list ..say 30 web sites i want it be like a ratings list. if people like Link 23 more then it will move up the list into Number 1 spot, and then if some one likes link 14 if it gets more Clicks from the number 1 link it will move up bit by bit till it's number

All to do with the amont of Click it gets from Viewers


I dont know if this has been done but i would like it


Like a Top sites thing, but just with links.

if not there try searching around, or perhaps modifying (if allowed) one of the scripts to cater for just text links
