Screen Brightness on an Aluminum Macbook.

Hi there. Is there any way to stop my Macbook changing the brightness of the screen?

It's annoying when it gets bright—the screen gets dimmer; it gets dark—the screen gets lighter.

I struggle to see the screen when its dark..

Any suggestions?

Regards,
Jack.

UPDATE

Now fixed!

Solution

Go to system preferences on your mac,
go to the displays section,
de-select 'automatically adjust brightness when ambient light changes'

Voila!
