firefox superscript does not work

Tryed to extract the problem, with no success, works every time except here:

look at the one column before last, should be superscripted (it is OK in IE6)

Thanks, had to do allso

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<sup>...</sup>

instead of

<sup>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;...</sup>
