MySQL Login Help!

Hi, A new client has come to me asking for some changes to be done to their website (Joomla driven). However, they don't know their backend login and they don't have any details as to where the site is hosted

The site is www.channelwoodcraft.com does anyone know how I'd find these out to login and amend the things they require!?

They do know their mySQL login details, but don't know where there server is etc...

Any ideas how I can find out what there mySQL server URL is for me to login with the details they have?

Many thanks

Whoever owns the webserver should be able to reset all of that. If your client is using a hosting company, then whoever owns the account at the hosting company should be able to contact the hosting company's customer service and get passwords reset as well as instructions to a database interface.
