Any suggestions to replicate worthpoint.com subcontainer?

I am trying to replicate the functionality (tabs on left & content on right in subcontainer) on www.worthpoint.com...I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on how to go about it.

Thanks...noobie

A1ien51 will become famous soon enough
You can either have all the content loaded and use display and set it to block when you want to show it and none when you want it to be hidden.

Or you can look into Ajax tabs.
