Help required for dynamic text fields

Hi,

I require in one of the registration forms user can have multiple email addresses( email addresses are dynamic)

Email Address TextField Add Delete buttons

When Add button is clicked another set of TextField for Email should appear.
When Delete button is clicked selected email address along with label should disappear.

Can I have javascript for this requirement
