What can you say about it?

Hello everyone!

http://www.WebAndPeople.com

I have updated my website information structure and design and would love to hear your thoughts about it.

Does it look good?
Does it show what it is all about from the very beginning?

Thanks

Looks very nice!
Though your drop menu is completely relying on javascript, which will cause some accessibility issues for people who have no javascript support in their browser(and for search engines)

Have some errors in your CSS

Also, from the SEO point of view, you may need to add some semantic elements to your document.

Apostropartheid is on a distinguished road
I lovelovelovelovelovelove it.
My problem is that the favicon doesn't match up with your site's logo. The other thing is that the title would be better suited to actually be in title case and follow English spacing rules rather than French ones; i.e., "WebAndPeople: Professional Web Design". I'm not sure whether the French spacing was a conscious choice, but it definitely should be titling case.

harbingerOTV will become famous soon enough
You might get someone to proff read your copy. In some places it's awkward.

example:

"This is the most important evaluation parameter. We do not offer the most cheap solution, but we are ready to justify each forint."

to:

"This is the most important evaluation parameter. We do not offer the cheapest solution, but we are ready to justify each forint."

forint? is this a typo or are you based in Hungary? Since the prices you list seem to be in U.S. dollars, if this isn't a typo I would rewrite that line.
