Formatting problem

Hi
I have an ajax routine that searches an xml file and the reults are sent to my page by a php file.
The problem I have is that my xsl file is having no influence on the formatting of the results.
How or where do I get the xsl file to format the results?

Hi,
I now have some understanding of how to make use of an xsl file with php.
The information given here at the php online manual will be of some use to anyone interested;

Code:
http://php.net/manual/en/xsltprocessor.transformtoxml.php
