Mouseover Lists in IE, Chrome, Firefox

I have set up a mouseover menu for the site that I'm currently designing and I've noticed that there's a small gap under the buttons in browsers like Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. But when I view it in Internet Explorer I don't see any gap. Is there something wrong with my code? Thanks.
