Build whoinvent.com data base for inventors

Many are inventing things but can't afford patten fees.

Since Internet could proof the time and detail, why not build a site to let inventors to publish their idea/invention for free.

World is changing, laws in improving, maybe whoinvent record will hold power in court in the future.

How's the idea sounds? Any suggestions?

I invent this idea but don't know how to build the site, anyone like to be webmaster for 50%?
